Lemon Dreamz collaborates with the courier company Speedex for the delivery of its products.

The delivery times for ready-made items are:

For Attica: 1-2 business days
For the rest of Greece: 1-3 business days
For remote areas: An additional 1-2 business days

For custom-made or out-of-stock items, delivery times will be communicated via email or phone. For example, delivery of wedding favors may take approximately 20-25 business days.

For shipments to Cyprus and international destinations, costs vary based on the destination.

Cash on Delivery (COD) via Speedex Courier For wedding favors and godparent sets, a 30% deposit of the total order is required for the order to proceed. You have 3 business days to make the deposit; otherwise, the items will be released, and the order will be canceled.

For purchases and payment with cash on delivery for wedding favors and godparent sets, a 30% deposit of the total order amount is required to proceed with the order. The time allowed by our company to make the bank deposit is 3 (three) business days. If the deposit is not made within this period, the items will be released, and the order will be canceled.

Return of Items

If there is any mistake with the items in your order, please inform us by phone or email, and we will proceed with the immediate replacement at no cost to you.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received or wish to return them for other reasons, exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase. The items must be returned in the condition they were originally sent, accompanied by the retail receipt. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to Lemon Dreamz, while our company will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.
No exchanges are accepted for personalized handmade items.
