• Transactions via credit cards are processed through the security system of Viva Payments, utilizing the infrastructure it possesses as an Electronic Money Institution, licensed by the Bank of Greece and certified according to the PCI-DSS security standard. VIVA ELECTRONIC SERVICES does not retain or process the card details used. The payment process through debit, credit, and prepaid cards is exclusively carried out by the Viva Payments system.

PayPal, as an intermediary electronic transaction platform, has mechanisms in place to monitor each transaction for several months from its initiation.
