Shipping Methods
Lemon Dreamz cooperates with the courier company ACS
Delivery times for ready-made items are:
- For Attica 1-2 working days, for the rest of Greece it is 1-3 working days and for very inaccessible areas 1-2 additional working days
- Delivery / shipping times for ready-made items are 1-2 working days.
For items made to order or not immediately available, delivery times are listed in detail in the description of each product. Indicatively for the christening favors (sugared almonds) the delivery times are about 20 -25 working days
Shipping costs for Greece are 2.20 for orders up to 2 kg and 0.60 cents for each extra kilo, plus 1.70 cash on delivery.
In case you are not at the delivery point agreed during the courier’s arrival, a note will be left including the necessary information of your parcel.
Then, you can contact Customer Service and re-schedule a delivery time and date.
In all cases you will be informed by phone or by email about the delivery / shipping times
Payment Methods
- With Paypal
- With Visa or Mastercard of any bank. Follow the steps after the checkout and complete the order through the secure paycenter of Piraeus Bank. We do not accept American Express and Diners cards.
- Cash on delivery by courier. Our company cooperates with the courier company ACS Courier. In the shopping cart you choose the option ‘cash on delivery Attiki’ (final cost € 3.90) or ‘cash on delivery rest of Greece’ (final cost 5.60€) (up to 2 kg). The payment of your order will be made to the courier of the company that will deliver your parcel to the address you have chosen.
For purchase and payment by cash on delivery for chocolates and godfather sets, a deposit of 30% of the total order is necessary for the order to proceed.
By bank deposit. The choice for bank deposit is made during checkout. Then, after you have completed the process, the final amount should be deposited in the following details:
Bank Account holder : Chrysoula N. Theodoritsi
In case of deposit from a different bank, you will be charged with the transfer fee.
Once you proceed with the deposit, you will need to inform us about it by email at lemondreamzz@gmail.com or by phone at 2121021403 so that we can proceed with the sending of your order.
The time set by our company to proceed with the bank deposit is 3 (three) working days. If the deposit is not made within this period, the items will be released and the order will be canceled.

Returns:
- If for any reason an error has been made in the items of your order, you can inform us by phone or email to proceed with the immediate replacement at your own expense. You will simply deliver the wrong items to the courier who will bring you the correct order
- If you are not satisfied with the items you received or wish to return them for other reasons, changes are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally shipped, accompanied by the proof of retail.
- In this case, we charge the shipping costs of the returning item to Lemon Dreamz, while our company is charged the shipping costs of the changed item back to you.
- No changes are made to personalised handmade items.
